چکیده
Introduction Long non-coding RNA LINC00641 has been reported to regulate tumor progression in several cancers. However, the expression and function of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is still unclear. Material methods In this study, we measured 79 pairs HCC adjacent normal liver tissues. The clinical significance was explored. We also investigated proliferation invasion. Results observed that significantly increased relative tissues (P < 0.0001). High associated with vascular invasion, advanced TNM stage, reduced overall survival patients. Knockdown inhibited proliferation, colony formation, invasion cells. contrast, overexpression promoted cell growth invasiveness. vivo studies confirmed knockdown restrained tumorigenesis Mechanistic revealed miR-501-3p, which previously act as a suppressor HCC. Furthermore, luciferase reporter assays validated harbored target site for miR-501-3p. Rescue experiments demonstrated LINC00641-induced cells reversed by co-expression Conclusions Taken together, contributes aggressive phenotype sponging miR-501-3p represents promising therapeutic disease.

Emerging evidence implicates that a large fraction of human genome was transcribed but the transcripts known as long non coding RNA are not translated into proteins. They are contributing in different cellular processes, including cellular proliferation and apoptosis. LncRNAs were found to play critical roles in many diseases and act as key regulators in malignancies. In this study, we investig...
متن کاملmiR-92a promotes hepatocellular carcinoma cells proliferation and invasion by FOXA2 targeting
Objective(s): MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are considered as powerful, post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression in hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HCC). However, the function of miR-92a is still unclear in HCC. Materials and Methods: Expression of miR-92a in human HCC cell lines was evaluated using qRT-PCR. MTT assay and transwell assay were used to examine the function of miR-92a in HepG2 and ...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA UBE2CP3 promotes tumor metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly aggressive, solid malignancy that has a poor prognosis. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been found to be dysregulated in various cancers, including HCC. However, the molecular mechanism involving lncRNAs in HCC remains largely unknown. In this study, lncRNAs differentially expressed between HCC and corresponding non-cancerous tissue were identified...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA EWSAT1 promotes human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell growth in vitro by targeting miR-326/-330-5p
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) Ewing sarcoma associated transcript 1 (EWSAT1) has been identified as an oncogene, and its dysregulation is closed corrected with tumor progression in Ewing sarcoma. Recently, high-through put analysis reveals that EWSAT1 is also highly expressed in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). However, whether the aberrant expression of EWSAT1 in NPC is corrected with mali...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNA NEAT1 promotes non-small cell lung cancer progression through regulation of miR-377-3p-E2F3 pathway
Recently, the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) NEAT1 has been identified as an oncogenic gene in multiple cancer types and elevated expression of NEAT1 was tightly linked to tumorigenesis and cancer progression. However, the molecular basis for this observation has not been characterized in progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In our studies, we identified NEAT1 was highly expressed i...
